The Meghan MacDonald State Farm Agency is seeking a highly motivated, sales-focused Multiline Representative to drive new business growth and maximize opportunities within the agency. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a competitive, goal-oriented environment and enjoys building relationships, generating leads, and closing deals.
This is an sales-focused role with a strong emphasis on outbound activity, prospecting, cross-selling, and production. You will work with both warm leads and existing customers to uncover opportunities, recommend solutions, and drive revenue across multiple product lines. While maintaining strong relationships is important, the primary focus of this position is generating new business and growing the agency book of business.
Full licensing is required. Candidates must hold Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. If not fully licensed, candidates must obtain their Property & Casualty license prior to Day 1 start in the agency. We provide guidance and support to help you complete the licensing process.
What You’ll Do
- Generate new business through outbound calls, lead follow-up, referrals, and proactive prospecting
- Quote, recommend, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance products
- Conduct needs-based sales conversations to uncover opportunities and drive production
- Cross-sell additional products to maximize household opportunities and agency growth
- Follow up aggressively and consistently to move prospects toward binding
- Build referral pipelines and maintain strong prospect relationships
- Participate in marketing and community outreach efforts to generate leads
- Maintain accurate documentation and sales activity tracking
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and office production goals
What We’re Looking For
- Strong sales mentality with a competitive, goal-driven mindset
- Confident communicator who enjoys influencing and closing business
- Self-motivated with strong outbound activity and follow-up discipline
- Comfortable working in a high-performance, production-focused environment
- Prior sales experience strongly preferred; insurance experience is a plus
- Full licensing required: Property & Casualty and Life & Health
- Property & Casualty must be obtained prior to Day 1 start (support provided)

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
